Purchase Information for Resellers

We explicitly welcome purchase requests from resellers.

Passive Reselling

If a potential customer contacts you to purchase licenses on behalf of himself, we can offer you 10% reseller discount based on our regular prices (SmartCVS, SmartSVN and SmartSynchronize). To get the discount, just send your purchase order with following information

complete address and e-mail address of the licensee (your customer)
the product (SmartCVS, SmartSVN or SmartSynchronize)
the license type (Professional or Enterprise)

Professional: the length of the requested e-mail support (90 days or 1 year)
Enterprise: the site count and the approximate user count at each site

the license count

to our sales team. We only deliver according to our product license agreements (SmartCVS, SmartSVN and SmartSynchronize) and terms of sale. Contradictional purchase orders will be rejected.

We then will send you an invoice payable by bank transfer. After receiving your payment we will send the license file to the customer's e-mail address you've provided with your purchase order.

Note, that we only can offer the discount, if you help us to stream-line the purchase process, e.g. by not requiring a quote.

Active Reselling

If you are actively promoting and selling our applications, generating us sales we would not have without you, please contact our sales team to discuss the marketing details. In this case we could offer you a significantly higher reseller discount.
